We are thankful for all of our wonderful parents, alumni, volunteers, staff, and community who support our school. It is the children that bring the blessings of each day. It is with your help and support that MSC strives to provide this excellent service to the community of Cheyenne. We hope to expand the availability of the Montessori philosophy to many students now and in the future. We thank you for your continued support to allow the Montessori School of Cheyenne to continue to grow and provide the best early childhood education in the Cheyenne community.

Spring is approaching quickly and we are VERY anxiously awaiting its arrival here at MSC. Hopefully this change in season will allow us to start enjoying some outside activities! We have a great deal of other things planned this month so be watching the Parent News board for all upcoming events!
The first week of this month will be spent back in the science area when we take a closer look at weather through a variety of lessons and activities including daily weather charting and a comparison of different types of weather. This will include many new materials including types of clouds and rainbow colors. Next, we continue in the science area with a new animal study, amphibians. We will discuss the types of amphibians as well as their unique characteristics and life cycles. The next week of the month we hope to welcome spring, both inside and outside our classroom! We will celebrate the spring equinox as well as participate in a variety of spring-themed activities including parts of a plant and how a seed grows. We will conclude the week with an in-depth study of community helpers. We will learn more about these important people that help keep our communities safe, clean and healthy!
As always we welcome any of you to visit your student's classroom anytime, our door is always open! Have a great month!
